Tragara

In a novel entitled "Summer" taken from his famous Sillabari, Goffredo Parise dwells on a romantic walk towards the belvedere of Tragara of a young couple on holiday in Capri: "They entered into a beach cabin, they quickly undressed and looked among the old planks full of sea and salt, then they embraced each other for a moment and entwined they felt their smell, put on their costumes and went down to the large natural pool of sparkling sea among the peaks."
Matermania

In one of his numerous trips, the historian Ferdinand Gregorovius visited Capri and remained fascinated by it. Among the magical atmosphere of the island reported in his essay "Italian Walks", he wrote of the Grotta di Matermania: "The romantic and wild location of the cave, the ruins of the ancient temple, the mystical cult of Mitra, the deep silence, the twilight, the dripping of water drop by drop, and finally the wonderful view of the sea and the countryside, everything contributes to producing a deep impression of mystery."
Cetrella

On Monte Solaro, in one of the most evocative, exciting and panoramic corners of Capri is the Hermitage of Cetrella, overlooking Marina Piccola. The Hermitage is a small gem of the fifteenth century, historically dear to Capri sailors who used to visit it on pilgrimage before leaving for their dangerous expeditions for the collection of coral. Thanks to its unique position, from the Hermitage of Cetrella is possible to observe a scenario of incomparable beauty, experiencing that inebriating feeling of symbiosis with the wild and uncontaminated nature of the island.
